DESCRIPTION
Mkpicknoise checks whether
pickfile
is labeled with NOISE. If NOISE label is found, it checks consistency of its
pickfile.
In other words, any reading or any hypocenter information included in will be deleted and the rest of the data will be overwritten in the same
pickfile.
If not NOISE labeled or consistent, it will be left as is.
