SH wave is not calculated correctly by old rotSH.f.

fixed bug in conv.sac.farm.f.

changed the output file number from fort.11 to fort.1 in rotSH.f.

deleted "zero(nzero)=0." at Line 114 in conv.sac.farm.f.
