Visa Information

If you need a visa, please contact statsei11-office@eri.u-tokyo.ac.jp
and ERI International Office intl-office@eri.u-tokyo.ac.jp for preparing the necessary documents.
It is needed to get a VISA in the following information.
- * Nationality
- * Occupation (e.g. student, researcher)
- * Affiliation (title, name of the institution/university)
- * Full Name which is exactly the same as that in the passport
- * Date of Birth
- * Current permanent Mailing address and telephone number to receive the visa documents (approximately in July)
- * Intended place to apply for visa (nearest Japanese embassy or consulate-general: https://www.mofa.go.jp/about/emb_cons/mofaserv.html)
- * Planned inbound and outbound flight numbers to/from Japan
- * A photo of the page of passport showing full name and Date of Birth.
